Starting at the top left, you see that you have three horizontal lines a.k.a. hamburger. When tapped, it displays the menu.
Each of the menu options will take you to another Retail Financial Inventory App screen.
When the app is first installed, it has some sample files for inventory and it also has some limitations in regards to the number of items that can be exported to a file.
button saves any changes you make on this screen.
Below the save settings button there is a place for messages depending on what changes you are making or results downloading the sample inventory.
Each inventory entry has a sequence number so that you keep track when reviewing the inventory.
On this screen you see last sequence used, the current area, current section, and current department.
The Counter field identifies each auditor performing inventory. It is a key field, so do not change it in the middle of a
count because it may cause duplicate data.
If you have purchased a token to enable full functionality, User Id is where you enter the email you used
to purchase the token.
The Inv IP or Host field allows you to change the IP address or host to a computer where you are hosting the server
to process the files.
button allows you to download the token that you have purchased to enable full functionality.
With this token, the 25 items limit is replaced with 10,000,000 items which is virtually unlimited. To purchase the token you can go to Android Financial Token Purchase.
For the Android Financial app, there are not refunds. Please make sure that you test the app and your accessories before making the purchase.
If you successfully download a token, the button will be hidden.

Portrait/Landscape - This switch prevents screen rotation as the inventory is being conducted. The screen
will switch or remain on the option selected. Restart the app when changing orientation Default 1/Don't default 1 - If you are entering prices with one as quantity, you an turn this switch on.
When the switch is off, you will need to enter quantity manually
