Android Processing Home

This is the main screen of the Android Inventory Processing app. We have developed Android and iOS apps that can be used to conduct scanned inventories in retail stores. The apps create a file but it does not combine other files to produce one final file.
We have a computer software that can be used in large stores, but if you conduct small stores, i.e. C-Stores, you can use this app to process the files produced by the apps and create one final file.
You can import item master files in CSV and JSON formats.
The app creates CSV and JSON formats.
The app has the followin screens:
Below you have an image showing that the processing app can process inventory files from multiple counters. You can just one counter or many more.
There are multiple ways to get the files into your processing app. Some are shown below

This is an easy way to transfer data between devices.
You can buy the dongle and the USB drive at your favorite electronic store.
You can insert your USB drive in the Android OTG dongle then insert your OTG dongle in your Android device.
Your device recognizes the USB drive.
If your device is the device with the Physical Retail Inventory app, you go into your Files or My Files application then navigate to internal Storage -> rpi folder. Normally you would touch and hold for a few seconds so that you can select the file then choose copy.
With the file ready to be copied, navigate to your USB drive and select "copy here".
The next step is to remove the USB Dongle from the device and attach the dongle to device with the Scanned Physical Inventory Processing app.
Go to your File or My Files app and navigate to your USB drive.
Touch and hold for a few seconds to select the file then tap copy.
Navigate to internal storage -> pfi -> uploads folder and select "copy here".
Your devices with the inventory app and the inventory processing app come equipped Bluetooth. You can pair your devices.
Once the devices are connected, you navigate to the internal storage -> rpi folder on the inventory app device. Press and hold the inventory file name then choose share and select Bluetooth and the device you paired. On the receiving device you may see a dialog to accept the file.
On the device with the processing app you can move the file from the Download folder to the pif/uploads folder.
Your devices with the inventory app and the inventory processing app come equipped Wi-Fi Direct. You can connect your devices.
Based on what I have read, you can connect multiple devices using this technology.

You can find in the market wireless drives that you can use to connect all your devices and share files.
These are hard drives that come with built-in Wi-Fi. If you buy one of these drives, you install the app to use them.
You connect all your devices to the Wi-Fi created by the hard drive then the drive works as your own cloud.
You do all your file managment within the application provided by the manufacturer. Copy from one device to the other.
