Android Processing Import/Export

Starting at the top, you will have message space where you can see information about processing success or errors.
Some item master files have been predefined with their respective exporting files. The fields are not allowed to be edited.

If you already have inventory data, they will be re-evaluated to be updated with the item master that was imported.
Export file is the file name that will be used to export the inventory data.
No found file is an optional file that can be used to separate items that were found in the item master with items that were not found in the item master.
is specified to included all items that were counted. There will multiple lines with the same item.
is specified to include each item that includes the total quantity for items that were found around the store.
is specified to separate each field by a comma(,).

These two files have specific format as requested by a customer.
When selecting AuditPricebook.csv or Pricebook.csv the Export file and No found file are also filled since the export format has been predefined.
AUDIT.TXT will have the summarized SKUs count and other information as needed.
AUDIT_NOT_FOUND.CSV will have items that were counted but were not found in the item master file.

The COMMISSARY.CSV is also a specific format. In this case there is a summary out, but it combines all items, found and items that were not found in the item mastser.

The ITEM_MASTER.CSV is a generic item master file. With this file as item master, you have control on the name of the exported files.
You can have one file with found and no found items combined.
You can have one file that contain the items that were found in the item master and one file that contain items that were not found in the item master.
You can also choose detailed or summarized and CSV or JSON export formats.
The fields are separated by comma(,).

This file has an specific format as requested by a customer.
When selecting ARX.TXT the Export file is predefined.

When selecting qm.txt the Export file and other fields can be edited for specific name

These two files are generic formats
When selecting itemMaster.json or itemMasterSmall.json all field can be edited with specific file names.

Unlike the other files, this is not an item master file. It is a file that you can create to use the pack to single functionality.
Many stores have items that come in packs, but they like the inventory to be counted using single items.
This app provides the ability to convert packs to single.
For example, sodas come in different packs. If you have a 12 PK of soda, you can scan the pack UPC and the app will convert the pack UPC to the single UPC with a count of 12.
